Leading developer Limitless announces progress in infrastructure project in Dubai’s Downtown Jebel Ali (DJA), a mixed-use project, Invest-Gate reports.

Fifty percent of the infrastructure developments, including sewerage and stormwater, have been finalized while other utilities are being constructed, according to the company’s released statement.

The infrastructure developments cost AED 285 mn and will be fully completed in 2018.

“DJA’s strategic location, close to the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) and within easy reach of Abu Dhabi, Dubai World Central Airport, the Expo 2020 site, new attractions and theme parks, makes it a key area for growth and development. The project spans an area of 11 kilometers along Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road and includes 300 third plots that feature apartments, hotels, offices, and retail shops.

Downtown Jebel Ali, which is close to JAFZA and Techno Park, will witness the completion of residential projects in 2018.
