The Egyptian government launches 1,320 residential units as part of its privileged social housing project located in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.
The Ministry of Housing has offered seven construction tenders to contractors affiliated to the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors (EFCBC), according to a released statement.
The six-storey residential buildings include units with floor plans of 94 square meters. The privileged social housing project is located near a public service center that will meet buyers’ needs.
