Cityscape Egypt Features High Turnout in 2017

The four-day Cityscape exhibition highlighted a recovery in the real estate market with a record-high turnout of visitors, Invest-Gate reports.

The event’s sixth edition has grown to approximately 10% y-o-y in visits, according to a released statement. The exhibition started on March 31 and concludes on April 3.

Cityscape Egypt Exhibition Director Tom Rhodes says that the high turnout proves Egyptians understand that real estate can potentially provide them with security and high returns with minimal risks.

“As the curtain falls on our sixth chapter of Cityscape Egypt, we’re incredibly pleased with the way visitors have responded to this year’s event,” says Rhodes.

Several local exhibitors showcased their projects, such as Porto Group who displayed residential and vacation units with instalments starting from EGP 100 per day or EGP 3,000 per month. Potential buyers may own their homes in Golf Porto Marina, Porto Matrouh, Porto Sharm, two phases of Porto Sokhna, Porto Pyramids, and Porto October.

Sabbour Group are displaying three projects in the exhibition including Amwaj in North Coast, Green City in New Cairo scheduled to be complete in 2019, and Platinum Club in New Cairo.

One of the featured projects this year is Wadi Degla’s Promenade in New Cairo located five minutes away from the American University in Cairo (AUC). It features fully-furnished interiors, a gym, squash courts, a walking track, pools, and a spa.

Over 90 exhibitors attended this year at Cityscape Egypt including PACT for Real Estate, ARCO Egypt, Palm Hills, Capital Group Properties, and Emaar Misr, among others.
