New Cairo City Authority provides whatsapp numbers for all residents to request water installations and also send complaints via a responsive whatsapp number, which is 01112223900.

Amin Ghoneim, the head of New Cairo city authority, said in a statement that this measure aims to lessen the crowd and the number of employees at the office, noting that this service starts out on Saturday, March 21, when residents are to pay the fees and submit all needed documents.
