Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar declares 32 land plots across 14 new cities for urban development projects; such plots are to be offered soon, Invest-Gate reports.

In a meeting via video conference, the Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar, along with the Board of Directors (BoD) declares 32 land plots across 14 new cities  for a number of urban development projects, including residential, medical, industrial, administrative, and commercial. Such plots are to be offered to the public soon in a bid to boost investments in new cities, create new jobs, and push for development. 

The 32 land plots are offered in the cities of New Cairo, October Gardens, Sheikh Zayed, 10th Ramadan, Sadat City, New Dameitta, Borg El Arab, New Aswan, New Nubariya, New Sohag, New Rasheed, to name a few.

During the meeting, New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) presented and approved the financial statement of the authority of FY 2018-2019.
