The New Urban Communities Authority has released 50 ministerial decrees for investment projects in the past four months, which include Emirati and Saudi projects, providing over 250,000 job opportunities, Invest-Gate reports.
These 50 projects encompass a total area of 4,450 acres serving around 15 new cities. They include services like integrated, cooperative housing, and touristic villages.
“These projects include one of the mega integrated housing projects encompassing 1,042 acres in Shorouk city, as well as I-City, nestling in 500 acres in New Cairo, in addition the Azharian city surrounded by universities, shopping, hotels and entertainment centers,” revealed the Minister of Housing and Urban Utilities’ Assistant in NUCA Affairs Waleed Abbass.
