El Attal Holding Chairman Ahmed El Attal revealed that his company’s unit Attcon Constructions has been awarded contracts worth EGP 400 mn during the first quarter of 2020, Invest-Gate reports.

Among the projects are two residential developments awarded by governmental bodies in the New Administrative Capital, the chairman noted in a statement on May 10.

This is in addition to a number of infrastructure projects in New Cairo and carrying out construction works for a number of banks and foreign embassies in Egypt, he highlighted.

El Attal stressed, “The company has developed a clear strategy for expansion in the Egyptian market this year, aims to win awards worth EGP 1.2 bn EGP.” He added out that the company seeks to obtain an ISO certificate in the contracting field.

El Attal Holding has been taking the necessary precautionary measures to protect all workers at its construction sites by taking their temperature and providing sterilization and disinfection materials, while doing random checkups to make sure they wear masks and keeping their social distance.

In February, the holding company launched its latest project, Park Lane Compoundhood, in NAC. Valued at total investments worth EGP 4 bn, the project spans across 26 acres in the NAC’s R7 residential district and is strategically located opposite to the Swedish and British universities, as well as, the Diplomatic District.
