Emaar Misr is launching the Crescent Parkside Residences in New Cairo’s Mivida project, offering potential buyers the opportunity to provide a 5% downpayment and pay the remaining unit costs over six-year installments, Invest-Gate reports.

The project is located in proximity to Mivida sports club, the DownTown Boulevard, the lake district, and a shopping area, according to a company statement.

Crescent Parkside Residences is expected to include amenities such as central park, community centers, Business Park, Business hotel, supermarket, and international nursery and schools.

Emaar will deliver fully-furnished units, with floor plans ranging from 205 to 244 square meters.

Mivida Project is considered a residential/office/educational hub located 20 minutes away from Cairo International Airport with easy access to Road 90, Suez Road, and Ain El Sokhna Road. It features a 33-acre Central Park and a Lake District.
