ARTAR: Indian Investors to Keep Faith in Dubai Real Estate

Saudi’s ARTAR Real Estate Development Company made public on February 20 that Indian investors will continue to put their faith in Dubai real estate during 2017 since the emirate’s property market has a proven reputation for delivering long-term returns, Invest-Gate reports.

“Dubai’s status as a safe haven for real investors remains intact and major developments driving the economy are building investor interest, particularly from India and the GCC countries,” COO of ARTAR Okbah Abdulkarim stated in a company press release..

The Dubai Land Department reported that out of the accumulated AED 44 bn in foreign investment in Dubai real estate last year, Indians led the way both in terms of volume and value, with 6,263 investors making AED 12 bn worth of property transactions.
