Bahrain’s Diyar Al Muharraq is finalizing the second phase of infrastructure of its residential project Sarat, Invest-Gate reports.
The construction works include a rural sanitation network, electrical substations, electrical plants, a portable water network, as well as a road network, according to the company’s released statement.
Sarat Residential Project is expected to be completed by mid-2017 as one of the company’s major flagships and will include various facilities and amenities.
“The projects is an ideally-integrated residential community that includes all living amenities of a modern lifestyle, located in proximity to the late Sheikh Isa Bin Salman Al Khalifa Grand Mosque,” says Diyar CEO Maher Al Shaer.
Sarat is also to include pedestrian bridges, cycling pathways accessing the beach, schools, as well as a mix of residential and commercial properties.
