The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) began the offering of about 2,351 land plots in more than 14 new cities for online reservations on July 28, Invest-Gate reports.
Merely 1,719 distinguished plots, with areas ranging from 192 to 1,200 square meters, are being presented in 14 new cities, namely Badr City, 10th of Ramadan City, New Borg El Arab, New October, Sadat City, New Beni Suef, New Sohag, West Qena, West Assiut, New Tiba, New Fayoum, New Assiut, New Akhmim, and New Aswan, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar said in a ministerial statement on July 22.
This comes in addition to 632 most distinguished lands, with areas varying between 294 to 2,300 square meters in 10 new cities, notably New Cairo, New Damietta, Obour City, Badr City, New Aswan, 10th of Ramadan City, New Tiba, New Borg El Arab, 15th of May City, and New Sohag.
El Gazzar highlighted that online reservation of the aforementioned plots comes on a first-come-first-served basis, calling potential landowners to review all conditions and requirements through this link: www.hdb-reservation.com.
According to the minister, NUCA’s wider plan entails the provision of a large number of different residential plots to meet the demands of all levels of Egyptian buyers, boost urban development, and combat land trading and brokerage, the statement noted.
