The New Urban Communities Authority offer Thursday as the last day for winners of special land plots located in social housing projects to pay the remaining cost of lands, Invest-Gate reports.

Applicants who previously purchased the lands through a public lottery held last November and are now requested to finalize their purchases at Housing & Development Bank branches, according to NUCA’s released statement.

“Buyers who fail to meet the payment deadline will be dealt with according to the conditions announced in the lottery’s draft,” said NUCA’s Supervisor of the Commercial and Real Estate Sectors Tarek El Sebaey.
