Egyptian real estate developer Lions Group has acquired six land plots on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road to carry out a residential project in west Cairo’s 6th of October City, at an estimated cost of EGP 50 mn, Zawya Projects reports.
With work projected to commence on-site by March 2021, the company envisages its newest development into a residential complex comprising two clusters of three buildings each, with a total of 48 residential units, Lions Group Managing Partner Nabil Qirat told Zawya Projects on September 2.
Qirat further revealed that the company is in negotiations to lay hands on a land plot on the North Coast to expand with another residential project, aiming for launching in June 2021.
Meanwhile, Lions Group is carrying out eight residential buildings (96 residences), in 6th of October City’s October Gardens, at an investment cost of EGP 50 mn, the executive underlined, noting that construction is set to begin in about a month.
