Egypt-based Sabbour Consulting has agreed to oversee the construction of a mixed-use tower project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), dubbed “I Business Park,” Invest-Gate reports.

The consulting deal was clinched for designing and supervising the building of Arqa Development Group’s flagship project, which will consist of three high-rise buildings providing top-notch standards compliance and flexible pricing, according to the official statement on September 7.

With investments estimated at EGP 2 bn, I Business Park is located in a strategic location in NAC’s Downtown District, extending for 91 meters in length. It will boast a number of administrative, hospitality, commercial, medical, and residetial properties, featuring a panoramic view of the Central Business District (CBD), Iconic Tower, and Almasa Hotel.

Sabbour Consulting is already supervising the execution of other property developments across the new capital such as Hometown Real Estate Development’s ZAHA Park, providing all engineering consultations for design works and project implementation, as highlighted in a previous press release.
