Pact for Real Estate Development plans to promote its North Coast White Bay project abroad, Invest-Gate reports.

The company’s “sales representatives in UAE and several GCC countries are to promote their recent project in North Coast White Bay,” Pact’s Marketing & Business Development Head Ahmed Hesham tells Invest- Gate.

“Pact is targeting EGP 280 mn by offering 44 residential units located in White Bay North Coast to Egyptian expats with floor plans ranging from 250 to 300 square meters,” he adds.

Hesham highlighted that the devaluation of the Egyptian currency is now playing in their favor. “Promoting real estate projects abroad guarantees strong purchase power due to the devaluation of the pound,” he clarifies.
