Coldwell Banker will start marketing View Mall, a project developed by Kasr El Nile for Real Estate located in 6th of October City, Invest-Gate reports.
The project contains seven commercial buildings and encompasses a total area of 19,627 square meters. Its targeted sales are EGP 1.2 bn following the project’s complete construction within three years, Coldwell Banker’s VP of Business Development Mohamed Banany told Invest-Gate.
Banany also added that around 40% of construction works on site have been finalized, with each building expected to include a ground floor, basement, and two floors above them.
Kasr El Nile for Real Estate attained the construction licenses for the buildings last week. The company is specialized in developing housing, education, and health segment projects.
