Invest-Gate holds its Invest-Gate Committee meeting to address its future plans and CSR mission.
As the real estate market makes a major physical comeback in Q4 2020, Invest-Gate called its committee to meet to address the current challenges facing this sector, discuss means to resolve them, and agree on its next CSR initiative.
The committee members include Mena Group Founder and Market Expert Fathallah Fawzy, Rooya Group Chairman Hisham Shoukri, Tatweer Misr President & CEO Ahmed Shalaby, Iwan Development CEO Waleed Mokhtar, Market Expert Amr El Kady, Invest-Gate CEO & Managing Partner Mohamed Fouad, and Invest-Gate management team.
The committee stood as one front agreeing on the following topics to be thoroughly discussed and raised to governmental authorities to lift and secure the industry especially during those challenging times.
In an upcoming series of soon-to-be-announced real estate industry roundtables and conference, the committee is to shed light on the following topics:
- Building Violations & Reconciliation Agreements & Laws
- The recently updated Law on Occupants Unions
- Egypt’s Real Estate Wealth & The Impact of Ceasing Construction Licenses on the Industry
Invest-Gate will release further details regarding the schedule of the roundtables and business conference soon.
In regards to Invest-Gate’s CSR mission, the real estate multi-platform proposed joining the “100 Million Health” initiative under the auspices of President Sisi to support women’s health in light of Breast Cancer awareness month. The 100 Million Health organization will be sending its team of doctors to conduct check-ups on female employees across real estate companies. Committee members welcomed such initiative and confirmed their participation in it.
