The Dubai government announced the development of a new waterfront project, dubbed Dubai Harbour, that is set to become the Middle East’s largest marina, reported the Dubai Media Office.

The project will be developed by Meraas Holding and will feature a 135-metre high lighthouse, a berth, a cruise ship port and further residential and commercial areas. According to plans, the project will be finished within four years.

Standing on a 20 mn- square- feet area, the project will exclusively be aimed at the luxury segment, boasting with yacht capacities and three helipads, as well as, conducting a feasibility study to use Skydive Dubai as a landing strip for private jets.
