The governorate of Cairo has delivered 5,710 residential units across various projects to those in need of shelter, Cairo Governorate Spokesman Khaled Mostafa tells Invest-Gate.

“Most of the units were allocated in Badr City, along with 930 units in Al Asmarat project, 330 units in Tal El Akarb in 6th of October city, and 1712 units in the National Housing Project in Salam City,” Mostafa adds.

The selection of qualified citizens included newly-weds, special needs, in addition to, those living in harsh conditions, and those who evacuated their homes.
