As construction works commenced at New Nubaria City, the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) plans to expand the project and is currently studying means to include groundwater cabinets, reported Al Mal.
According to Supervisor of Construction & Building sector in NUCA Abdel Motleb Mamdouh, New Nubaria City authority is currently studying the suitable usage of groundwater cabinets in cooperation with Desert Research Center.
Furthermore, the city is to add a new water station and a rural sanitation project at a cost of EGP 19 mn to be finalized mid-2017, “as well as a gas network serving 14,000 residential units,” announced Mahmoud El Nagdy, head of the City Authority.
As part of its social housing project across the country, NUCA has completed nearly 1440 residential units on 1000 acres at New Nubaria, El Nagdy told Al Borsa.
