UAE-based developer, Manazel Real Estate, has unveiled demos of its designed villas of Al Reef 2 project at Al Samha between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, reported Trade Arabia.

The company set up some sample villas as a demo to give potential buyers a feel of the entire project once completed. Al Reef 2 is being constructed on a 464,000 square meter land plot and is due to be delivered in August 2018.

According to its construction plan, the entire Reef project is divided into four independent residential neighborhoods; each offering its own community facilities and amenities. Those four neighbourhoods share a- 4,000- square- meter retail area entitled Al-Reef 2 Downtown.
