Property developer Nakheel launched a construction tender for the expansion of Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai, reported Reuters Zawya on Wednesday.

The new expansion,  E5, is located southwest of the mall and is supposed to include a cinema complex and a car park on an area of 65,950 square meters.

Back in May, Nakheel had already finished another 27,781 square meter expansion of the mall. Final submission date for the newest tender is January 18.
