Oman-based real estate investor and developer Al Sedrah Real Estate unveiled plans for a residential project, Lotus Complex, at Ras al Hamra in Qurm, Oman, reported Times of Oman on Wednesday.

Lotus Complex is a five-floor apartment building, featuring 110 one-to- three bedroom apartments, restaurants, shopping centers and a mini mall. Construction is supposed to be completed within two years. This is Al Sedrah’s first residential project in Oman following its many logistics and hospitality projects in the country.
