ARQA Development Group (ADG) holds its regular follow up meeting on its flagship “I Business Park” to discuss its final details with architecture consulting firms, CAD and Sabbour, Invest-Gate reports.
The meeting overviewed the project progress before starting the implementation in the presence of Helmy Abbas, Chairman of the ARQA, Mahmoud Helmy CEO of the company, Abdel Salam Ahmed Soliman, Director of the Engineering Department, and other officials from consulting firms, CAD and Sabbour.
“We discussed the design of the project with an emphasis on accelerating the completion of the procedures for issuing all the necessary licenses in cooperation with the New Administrative Capital authority”, Helmy Abbas, Chairman of ARQA says.
Helmy praises the cooperation with the architecture consultancy firms Sabbour and CAD, saying, ” These two firms are the most distinguished in their fields.”
“Working with such entities helps us at achieving our goals of creating a unique and distinct real estate product with a cultural and societal value”, he notes.
I-Business Park is the first three towers in the New Administrative Capital with Emirati experience, an innovative project with world-class standards. Each tower will consist of 20 floors, according to the company website.
The project is designed to include three different towers, connected indirectly through bridges to guarantee privacy for each tower and facilitate the management of each tower.
