Hotel operator R Hotels is set to open the first Wyndham Garden hotel in the UAE in the emirate of Ajman at a cost of AED 200 mn, Invest-Gate reports.

According to the operator’s press release, R Hotels is to build a four-star hotel, the Wyndham Garden Ajman Corniche, comprising 179 rooms and suites on 17 storeys. Scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2017, Wyndham Garden Hotel will feature sports facilities and amenities, including swimming pools, gym, and a spa.

Wyndham Garden Hotel marks the fifth collaboration between Wyndham Hotel Group and R Hotels in the UAE.
