Head of New Damietta Development Authority Mohamed Ragab, confirms the completion of (15) buildings with a total of (358) housing units at the housing project in New Damietta, Invest-Gate reports.

Ragab also assures that all units will be soon delivered, adding that the buildings have been fully completed, while the site and facilities works are underway, three transformer booths with a capacity of 500 kilovolts have been implemented, the cables are tested, and a low-pressure network has been installed , according to an official statement.

Moreover, Ragab confirms that this comes within the framework of the New Damietta Development Authority’s keenness to finish all projects in the city at specified times.
Back in May 2020, New Damietta saw the completion of 3,384 residential units, or 141 apartment buildings, as part of the Sakan Misr social housing project, while 1,440 others were underway.
