The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) will be offering special new land plots for Beit Al Watan project for Egyptians abroad, reported Al Borsa.
Unnamed sources in the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities have informed Al Borsa that NUCA intends to offer around 3000 or 4000 land plots in the new phase of the project that will be announced in the first quarter of 2017. According to NUCA, pricing of the available plots depend on their division. Beit Al Watan has previously offered 3,000 land plots for $ 900 mn, including 2000 land plots located in New Cairo, and others in 6th of October City, Badr City, New Damietta, New Aswan City, New Assiut City, and New Qena City.
The price per square meter for the lands has reached $ 550 in New Cairo, $ 400 in New Damietta, $225 in Badr City, $450 in 6th of October City, and $ 125 in New Assiut, New Qena and New Aswan Cities.
Applicants who completed the payment of 25 % of the land’s value are to pay the remaining amount over five years, while others who paid in full enjoy a 15% discount.
