UAE developer Omniyat Group unveils plans for its AED 5 bn project pipeline for 2017/18, reported Arabian Business on Monday.

The scheduled projects include a luxury hotel-led design at the new Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay although hotel operator are not yet disclosed. It will also include serviced apartments as well as dining options; however, all details will be revealed during its official launch scheduled for early 2017.

Although projects are at an earlier design stage, the firms is to include residential mid-market projects in Dubailand and around Sheikh Zayed Road to be completed after four to five years from now.
