UAE developer Bloom Properties announced the completion of the third phase of its Bloom Gardens project in Abu Dhabi on Sunday, reported The National.

Ahead of schedule, Bloom completed the 147 villas and townhouses of the third phase three months prior to its handover in early 2017. The new units are only available to emiratis.

Back in 2008, Bloom had delivered the first two phases of the project, including 123 villas in the first and the another 55 in the second. Despite Abu Dhabi’s difficult market situation, especially on the luxury real estate, Bloom nonetheless claims there was strong demand for its project.
