Property developer Emaar Properties launched a third residential project in Jeddah Gate under its Emaar Residences brand, according to a press release.

The first residential project at Jeddah Gate, entitled Abraj Al Hilal 1, has already been handed over as a family neighborhood. Emaar has started this month with the handover of Emaar Square offices at the development.

Jeddah Gate is a master-planned mixed-use development in Jeddah with a wide range of projects and amenities, catering to the upper segment of Saudi society.
