Chairman of Concept Developments Ihab Abul-Magd unveils the company’s new project in the New Administrative Capital, “SENET”, with total investment of EGP 200 mn, Invest-Gate reports.

According to the official statement, the medical, administrative, and commercial project is located Downtown near Al Masa Hotel and the Bin Zayed Corridor, with a ground level, eight floors and a garage.

The units’ areas are designated for commercial activity, with a range from 25 to 100 meters, and medical units start from 18 meters up to 100 meters. The administrative units stretch between 30 and 100 meters.

Abul-Magd adds that the project incorporates central air conditioning, security services and smart operating systems. In addition, even a section runs on solar energy, in accordance with the requirements of NAC’s urban development, and cooperation with Dr. Hussam Abdel-Majid as a general consultant for the project.

He further explains that the project will be ready within 36 months, from the date of obtaining the project license. The company plans to be a significant milestone in the Downtown area, where the project’s facades will be made of glass.

In addition, many technical aspects and elements have been considered to a large extent in the design and planning of the project. An arrangement that will make the project’s facade very distinct and unique in the region. Abul-Magd also points out that the choice of the new administrative capital for execution of the new project for the company, is in line with the framework of capital importance.
