Omniyat, a leading UAE property development, has launched The Sterling, a set of residential twin towers in Downtown Dubai near the Burj Khalifa, reported Reuters on Wednesday.

Both residential complexes offer penthouses, apartments with one to three bedrooms, and townhouses. The Sterling also comprises several amenities, including landscaped gardens, swimming pools, an exclusive club, lounge areas, and retail to name a few.

Omniyat announced the delivery of the project is due in 2019, calling it the “ideal destination for globetrotting connoisseurs of fine living.”

Moreover, the company shed light on the use of energy in The Sterling’s construction design by minimizing both towers’ exposure to daylight and conserving such resource for cooling in an environment that requires high-energy use.
