Savills signs an exclusive leasing agreement with Iwan Developments for three of its projects in Sheikh Zayed, namely; Atrio, Nine Yards and E-Plaza, Invest-Gate reports.

The commercial space of the three projects combined totals 18,500 sqm and opens in the next 24 months.

Head of Savills Egypt Catesby Langer-Paget comments on the agreement, saying, “We are delighted to take on this project with Iwan Development [which] guarantees the fulfillment of their urban communities’ vision. We are working to present a model that combines entertainment while providing a commercial element, a model that offers residents in these areas shopping centers and the most famous restaurants all in one place.”
