Redcon Construction has contracted with Emaar Misr to construct 200 residential units in Emaar’s Mivida project in New Cairo, reported Al Borsa.

The units will include twin house villas and apartments, whereby villas will have floor plans of 240 square meters, according to Hossam Nassar, Board Member at Redcon.

Redcon has completed the construction of 73 twin house villas and 101 apartments, Nassar added, noting that the project contains 5,000 residential units, including apartments, townhouses and villas with floor plans of 230 square meters.

The  project spreads on a total area of 3.8 mn square meters and has a total cost of EGP 5.7 bn, according to Nassar. Mivida marks the third project launched by Emaar in the Egyptian real estate market, following Uptown Cairo and Marassi.

Redcon recently signed a contract with Emaar Misr to implement several of its high-end residential projects in New Cairo and Mokattam.
