Dubai-based interior contractor Depa recorded a net profit of AED 29 mn in the first nine months of 2016, according to a trading statement on Friday.

While company revenues stood at AED 1.18 bn for the nine-month period — the same as last year — Depa’s profit nonetheless jumped from a loss of AED 7 mn last year to the mentioned profit of AED 29 mn.

The firm attributed the gains to a restructuring program initiated at the beginning of 2016, establishing Depa Limited as a strategic management company that supports the operating companies.
