ARQA Developments is to launch the second phase of the “I Business Park” at the New Administrative Capital (NAC) next week, Invest-Gate reports.

Ahmed Ezzat Ziadeh, marketing director of ARQA Developments says that all the project’s engineering and operational details will be mentioned at its next week’s press conference.

He further adds, “There will be a short lecture explaining the operational steps of commercial services, the logistics, and a map for each unit in the project, starting from the fourth underground floor to the 20th floor.”

Moreover, Ziadeh confirms that sales results of the project’s first phase will be announced by the company and its partners that had a major role in supporting and marketing the project.

“We will also honor our brokerage partners with highest sales achievements during the first phase of the project at the press conference,” Ziadeh continues, adding to special offers on that occasion. He also notes that the success of the project relies on the credibility ARQA provides.

It is noteworthy that the company plans to finalize a great part of the construction work during this year and 2022, in order to complete 40% of the project.
