King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) started exhibiting villa land plots for the Beach Community (BC) in the Al-Murooj district at Jeddah Hilton Hotel on Friday, coming to a close on Sunday, according to a press release.

KAEC will continue showcasing next week at Al-Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh. BC spreads over 900,000 square meters and buyers are offered land plots between 600 and 6000 square meters, as well as 20 pre-approved villa plans in Arabian and Spanish architectural styles.

The Al-Murooj district, a coastal community in the KAEC, is 4.9 mn square meters in area. KAEC is a megaproject announced in 2005, located on the Red Sea coast, around 100 kilometres north of Jeddah.
