Contact Developments Launches “Quan Iconic Tower” Project in NAC

Contact Developments reveals the launch of its latest project, “Quan Iconic Tower,” at plot CN-24 in the Central Business District (CBD) in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

The company has allocated around EGP 1.5 bn for the project, which is a mixed-use tower (commercial- administrative- medical) and spans over an area of ​​10,531 m.

Quan consists of 25 floors, with a height of 100 meters, in addition to the various units’ spaces, from 35 to 1,000 m. Moreover, it provides target consumers with all the needed features and services.

On this occasion, Ahmed Fekry, chairman of the board of directors of Contact Developments, declares during the company’s press conference that the project is located in the middle of the biggest district for international buildings and distinguished towers, prepared for attracting investments, adding, “It is known that the CBD has been built on an area of 1.71 mn sqm, which is around 195 acres. This area is seen as the economy’s heart of NAC.”

He explains that the tower is divided into a podium consisting of a ground floor and two other floors for commercial units, in addition to 3 floors of commercial units inside the tower. Besides, the tower contains 22 floors for medical clinics and administrative offices with various areas ranging from 35 to 1,000 m.

For his part, Khaled El-Seyoufi, managing director of the company, says that the project will be completed within 4 years, clarifying that the project is characterized by an open view of the iconic tower -the highest in Africa- two gardens exceeding 3 acres, and the Bin Zayed axis.

In a related context, Ahmed Wagdy, head of the marketing sector of the company, reveals that the company has contracted with the office of Yasser Al Beltagy, YBA, as an architectural consultant; Sabbour Consulting, as an executive consultant, and the office of Mohammed Rashid, MRB, as an operation, management, and maintenance consultant. He affirms that the company’s strategy is to build high-quality advanced urban communities to achieve sustainability.

Wagdy points out that the “Mercury” project has achieved great success since the launch of its sales, as the first and second phases are completely sold out, in addition, the third phase will be launched soon, which prompted the company to accelerate the implementation pace of the “Quan” project.
