Dubai-based developer DAMAC Properties announced on Wednesday the launch of Akoya Relax, a community in its Akoya Oxygen development.

The community consists of villas with prices starting at AED 1.6 mn with benefits including free-of-charge community service, free property management and free maintenance for five years as well as a plot title deed to guarantee the buyer full ownership of the land.

The Akoya Oxygen development includes amenities such as hotels, schools and a golf course.
