Dubai developer DAMAC Properties awarded China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) an AED 554 mn contract for the construction of the Paramount Residences at the Paramount Tower Hotel and Residences in Dubai, according to a company statement on Wednesday.

DAMAC announced CSCEC had been awarded the main work contract for 27 floors comprising a number of luxury residences with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2020.

The residence project at the Paramount Tower Hotel and Residences will include hospitality units as well as apartments of varying sizes and penthouses.
