Gates Developments contracts on a 26-acre land plot in the R8 District in ​​the New Administrative Capital (NAC), to implement a new residential project, Invest-Gate reports.

For his part, Ali Jaber, head of the commercial sector at Gates Developments, states that the new project will be the company’s third project in NAC, after the Catalan and Audaz projects. Moreover, the company is preparing to contract with one of the largest international design offices to carry out the project design.

Furthermore, he reveals that the company will receive initial reservation forms for the project during the upcoming Cityscape exhibition, remarking that the company offers special prices to consumers in its projects in NAC and on the 6th of October City.

It is worth noting that Gates Developments has investments of more than EGP 6 bn in NAC, through a group of distinguished projects, including Catalan in the R7 District and Audaz in the Central Business District (CBD), in addition to the West Gate and Spana Plaza projects on the 6th of October City. Besides, the company has recently launched the Venia project.
