Menassat Developments opens the third phase of the mixed-use project, Podia Tower, for sale, Invest-Gate reports.

The EGP 2.5 bn- Podia Tower project is located in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) and covers a total area of around ​​20,000 sqm. The tower consists of three basement floors, ground, and 25 floors, with a height of 110 m. It encompasses 850 units.

The third phase includes various areas starting from 30 sqm, to suit the needs of consumers and investors. Moreover, the company plans to pump EGP 120 mn into the digging and foundation work during 2021.

Furthermore, Menassat Developments has contracted with the House of Expertise office of Hisham Arafat, to carry out the worksite, the soil, and the sensor work, in addition to Sabbour Consulting to supervise the implementation of the project. It is worth noting that Pinnacle is Podia Tower’s engineering designer.
