Dubai-based developer Union Properties PJSC plans to launch a new $109 mn mixed-use development in its Motor City in Dubai, Arabian Business reported on Thursday.

The project will include retail areas as well as 250-300 residential units, with the developer aiming for a smaller unit size to facilitate affordability for smaller families. The development is currently in the concept design stage.

Union Properties more than doubled its net profit in the first half of 2016, earning $31 mn.
