RAK Properties will start the handover of the second phase of its Flamingo townhouses project this month two months ahead of schedule, according to a statement by the Ras Al Khaimah-based developer on Saturday.

The early handover follows a the delivery of phase one three months ahead of schedule last year. The 68 villas, located in the $2.72 bn Mina Al Arab development, were completed two months ahead of schedule, and consist of 32 attached three-bedroom units and 36 attached two-bedroom units with floorplans ranging from 2,004 to 2,334 square feet.
