Alfath Group for Real Estate Development and Project Management signs a cooperation protocol with the Engineering Consultants Group (ECG) to supervise the execution of its new project, AMAZ Business Complex, Invest- Gate reports.

For his part, Salah Eldin El-Hilali, chairman of the group, clarifies that signing this protocol comes in line with the company’s keenness to provide a unique property fulfilling the consumers’ needs, noting that the company plans to diversify its portfolio between residential, administrative, commercial, medical, and hotel projects in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) and New Alamein City.

Additionally, Abdullah El-Hilali, vice chairman of the group, affirms that there is complete coordination between the two companies to start the project’s implementation in early 2022.

It is worth mentioning that the project spans over ​​5,831 sqm, with investments of around EGP 800 mn. It is located in a premium location in the downtown area in ​​NAC.

Moreover, Head of the commercial sector Sherif Al-Ghazaly confirms that the project is mixed-use, with various features and smart technologies, on top of which is the 3D Projection Show. He remarks that nearly 50% of the project’s sales were achieved during the first three days of the project’s launch
