Azmeel Group for Real Estate has begun work on its New Cairo residential ‘mini-compound’ Al Kasr at a cost of EGP 60 mn, according to Ahmed Shaheen the company’s Chairman, Al Mal reported.

The project will include villas spread over an area of 2,400 square meters, with villa floorplans ranging between 200 and 300 square meters, and is set for completion by mid-2018.

The project will also include public services, entertainment areas, swimming pools, a gym, children’s play area, security, and greenery, Shaheen added.

Alongside the company’s other projects in New Cairo, Azmeel believes the mini-compound concept will find a receptive audience in Egypt following similar projects undertaken by the firm in Saudi Arabia, according to Masr Al Arabia.
