Shorouk City to Deliver Dar Misr Units in November

Shorouk City will be delivering the first phase of the Dar Misr project for middle-income housing, which includes 2,808 apartments in 120 building, next November according to Atef Zakaria Head of the City’s Development Authority, reported Al Mal News.

The city is expecting to hand over a total of 96 units from the social housing project by the end of this year, as it finalizes the construction works on the units, added Zakaria.

A social club will also be constructed on site within the project, following the offering of the land allocated for the club. Another two plots are set to be awarded to contractors to build an office building and a retail building, respectively.

Additionally, service projects are being implemented on site at a cost of EGP 80 million, set to be completed within the next two years. These include a youth center on an area of 13 acres, and a hall for occasions on an area of 2,000 square meters.
