Assem El Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, follows up on the implementation status Of Hayah Kareema ongoing projects in the Kom Ombo Center in Aswan, which is being implemented by the Central Agency for Reconstruction, Invest-Gate reports.
El Gazzar elaborates that the ongoing projects in Kom Ombo are being implemented by the South Upper Egypt Reconstruction Authority, which includes nine local units, with 26 villages, according to the ministerial statement.
Moreover, El Gazzar remarks the planned and ongoing projects in the Edfu Center include the establishment of nine complexes for citizens’ services, which provide local units, seven public service centers, and 31 youth centers.
For his part, Mahmoud Nassar, head of the Central Agency for Reconstruction, declares that the work also include the construction of 13 vehicle bridges, featuring an expansion of seven-lane bridges. Further work will include the development of 12 ambulance points and nine complexes for agricultural services, the ministerial statement adds.
Nassar points out that the work in the Kom Ombo Center includes developing and strengthening electricity networks, implementing industrial workshop complexes, establishing and developing social solidarity services, creating and replacing homes for families in need in villages, as well as dependencies and constructing and raising the efficiency of the road network in the villages.
