Azizi Developments, a UAE-based developer, announced its Azizi Plaza project in the Al Furjan district in the UAE, valued at approximately $117 million, according to Trade Arabia.

The plaza project will include residential, commercial and a retail space of 9,400 square feet, as well as fully furnished apartments.

“Azizi Plaza is our line of ‘affordable luxury’ apartments that have been popular with investors and clients in the past,” Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, said.

It will stand on an area of over 59,760 square feet and will include on-site hotels, sports and recreational facilities, public transport access and several other amneties. The 434 housing units will encompass 286 studios, 46 one-bedroom apartments and 102 two-bedroom apartments. Azizi Plaza is scheduled for completion in 2018.
