Dubai’s Damac Properties announced the completion of the first project in Dubai South on Wednesday, according to Arabian Business.

With the handover of Damac Maison de Ville Tenora hotel apartments, the Emirati developer has completed the first project in the new development. Meanwhile, the company announced that the last units from the Tenora project as well as from the Damac Maison de Ville Celestia project would go on sale in Dubai from October 13 to 15. Prices for Tenora and Celestia apartments are to start at AED 587,000 and AED 560,000 respectively.

Ziad El Chaar, Managing Director of Damac Properties stated the hotel apartments were “uniquely attractive as they benefit from prime, high-demand locations at the centre of Dubai South.”

Dubai South commands a vast infrastructure network, including Al Maktoum International Airport, a port and a connection to the Dubai Metro.
